During high season, rentals are only by the week for 6 nights, Saturday to Friday.
Check in time is 3 pm. Check out is 12 pm.
We can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests.
An additional $600 cleaning fee is added per stay. HST is on top of the above rates.
A refundable damage deposit of $1500 is required. This will be returned 24 hrs after check out.
Payment schedule: A $2000 reservation deposit is due upon acceptance.
An additional payment of 50% is due 30 days before rental. Full payment, including cleaning fee, HST, and damage deposit is due 48 hrs before the rental period.
Cancellation policy:
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more before the rental period will receive their full $2000 deposit back.

Bookings cancelled between 30 and 14 days before the rental period will forfeit the initial $2000 deposit. Any additional fees paid will be returned.
Bookings cancelled within two weeks of the rental period will forfeit all amounts paid.
